Privacy policy
Sup keeps your tracking data under your control. Sup has no account system, developer server, analytics, advertising, or trackers.
Data stored on your iPhone
Your compounds, schedules, dose and regimen history, supplies, check-ins, settings, and progress photos are stored in Sup's private local storage on this iPhone. Sup does not automatically upload, sync, or restore this data, and Sup cannot access it.
Backup files you create
Create backup makes a portable file containing your Sup tracking data, including compounds, schedules, dose history, supplies, check-ins, and settings. Apple Health data and progress photos are not included. You choose where to save or share the file. The selected storage provider or recipient controls that copy under its own terms, and you are responsible for protecting it. Sup cannot access backup files you save elsewhere.
Storage protection
Sup's working data and temporary export files use iOS file protection and are marked for exclusion from iCloud device backups. After you save or share a backup file, its destination controls how it is stored, synchronized, retained, and deleted.
Notifications
Dose reminders are scheduled locally through Apple's notification system. Sup does not send reminders through a developer server, and Sup does not receive their content.
Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Sup reads selected summaries such as weight, sleep, resting heart rate, and body fat. Health access is optional and read-only. These summaries remain on this iPhone, are not included in Sup backup files, and are never sent to Sup.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. Sup uses StoreKit to check purchase status but receives no payment-card details. Apple's terms and privacy practices apply to purchase processing.
Deleting your data
Settings, Your data, Erase all data removes Sup's local tracking data and progress photos from this iPhone. Deleting Sup also removes its local app data. Neither action deletes backup files you saved elsewhere or copies retained by a storage provider, recipient, or operating system outside Sup's control.
Data collection and support email
The Sup app collects no data for the developer, which is why its App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. If you contact support, your email provider sends the message and any information you choose to include. Do not send sensitive health information.
Policy website hosting
This public website, including its suphealth.app custom domain, is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub logs and stores visitor IP addresses for security and handles that data under the GitHub Privacy Statement. Sup does not receive access to those hosting logs.
